This project is a four-star business hotel located in a core tourist city in Southeast Asia, featuring 120 guest rooms, 5 executive suites, and supporting public areas including restaurants, meeting rooms and a fitness center. As a one-stop supplier, we customize four modules for the hotel, tailoring solutions based on the hotel's commercial attributes and the hot and humid climate of the area, ultimately providing a space that strikes a balance between comfort, durability and brand value.

The hotel's public dining room and executive suite kitchens feature fully custom-made cabinets, with priority given to durability, ease of maintenance and space efficiency.
For the commercial kitchen of the restaurant, we have designed U-shaped cabinets, featuring corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel bodies and quartz stone countertops, which are heat-resistant and smoke-proof. The cabinet layout follows the operation process of a commercial kitchen, featuring pull-out storage space for tableware, built-in spice racks, and built-in electrical cabinets for ovens and refrigerators.
The kitchen of the executive suite features white PET door cabinets with hidden handles to maintain a minimalist look, as well as moisture-proof plywood to adapt to the humid climate, balancing residential comfort and commercial durability.
Both the guest rooms and suites are equipped with custom-made wardrobes, designed to meet the storage needs of hotel guests while maximizing the use of space.
The standard guest room wardrobe adopts a combination of a hanging area, drawers and open shelves - the height of the hanging rods is adjustable to suit different lengths of clothes, drawers for small items such as luggage tags and accessories, and open shelves for daily necessities.
The walk-in closet in the executive suite has added a dedicated shoe cabinet area and a luggage storage room, which are equipped with LED sensor lights that automatically open when the door is opened. All wardrobes are finished with scratch-resistant wood veneer, equipped with anti-mold strips and bottom ventilation holes to prevent moisture accumulation and ensure long-term use in commercial environments.
In response to the hotel's demands for sound insulation and climate adaptation, we have custom-made high-performance aluminum alloy doors and Windows. The Windows are made of double-layer Low-E insulating glass, which blocks 90% of ultraviolet rays, reduces the accumulation of indoor heat and isolates street noise at the same time. The window frame is matte black, matching the minimalist style of the hotel, and is equipped with anti-slip slide rails for easy operation. The guest room door is made of solid wood composite board and sound insulation cotton, with soft hinges to avoid the sound of a bang.
The bathroom features a fully customized sanitary ware solution that balances safety, durability and luxury. The bathroom is equipped with an integrated toilet, a quartz dressing table and a wall-mounted faucet to save space. The shower area is equipped with anti-slip floor tiles and explosion-proof tempered glass partition walls. It features constant-temperature showers to prevent temperature fluctuations. All sanitary wares are designed to save water, in line with the hotel's green business philosophy. They are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and convenient for the hotel's daily maintenance.
