This project is a large residential apartment complex located in Indonesia, consisting of 15 high-rise residential buildings with over 800 units. This project aims to provide local residents with comfortable, durable and cost-effective indoor solutions. As a one-stop building materials supplier, we offer custom doors and Windows, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and a full range of bathroom products based on the on-site dimensions and local climate characteristics.
The hot and humid environment in Indonesia brings three core challenges: moisture damage, mold growth and corrosion. Our design team has developed targeted solutions for each product category.
We use aluminum alloy profiles with thermal break structures, which have strong corrosion resistance in high-humidity and coastal environments. All the glass is made of tempered double-layer glass with waterproof sealing strips to prevent water leakage during heavy rain. The dimensions of the Windows and doors are completely customized according to the on-site dimensions to ensure a tight installation and enhance the wind pressure resistance during the monsoon season. Large sliding Windows and sliding doors are also used in public areas to enhance ventilation.
The kitchen cabinets are made of moisture-proof and mold-proof wood boards with fully sealed edge strips to isolate damp air. Optimize the cabinet structure, increase ventilation gaps, and prevent moisture accumulation. The countertop is made of high-density quartz stone, which is stain-resistant, heat-resistant and easy to clean. The size is precisely customized to match the kitchen layout, maximizing storage space while adapting to local cooking habits.
The wardrobe is made of anti-mold and anti-insect boards suitable for tropical climates. The internal structure includes a breathable back plate and a layered storage design to maintain air flow and reduce the moisture of clothes. The wardrobes are all custom-made according to the size of the bedroom, providing a seamless and integrated look for the apartment unit.
Bathroom products include waterproof aluminum bathroom cabinets, anti-stain ceramic sanitary wares, corrosion-resistant hardware, etc. All the materials selected can withstand long-term exposure to humidity and moisture. The size of the bathroom cabinet is custom-made to accommodate different unit layouts and optimize the storage of toiletries.
